Simple Chicken Burger Patty Recipe

 Simple Chicken Burger Patty Recipe Ingredients: 4 lb chicken 3 garlic cloves 1 tsp salt (or to taste) 2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp masala curry Instructions: Cut up 1 lb of chicken into slices Mince meat (we used the kitchen aid with the food grinder attachment) Also mince 3 garlic cloves into the minced chicken Into the minced chicken, add in 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp masala curry Mix everything in Once all the ingredients are mixed in, form into several circular shapes On your working area, put down a piece of wax paper, then form the circular minced meat into a patty shape Once that's all done, grill the chicken patties for a few minutes (5 to 10 min) on each side on 350 degrees heat Dress the chicken burger patty to your liking and enjoy! fyi: 1 lb of chicken can make 3 chicken patties, we used 4 lbs of chicken to make a total of 12 chicken burger patties To view video of this recipe, please click on links below.  Garahamudo Sahali (Kalamudo) Ingredients for Meat Broth: 1 onion 4 to 5 garlic cloves 2 chicken stock cubes 3 cups of water 1 lb of beef meat 2 tbsp of canned puréed tomato 6 to 7 tomatoes 2 chili peppers 3 to 4 cloves of garlic cloves 5 cups of water Ingredients for Garahamudo: 8 cups of flour 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp oil *Heads up, we're cooking for a lot of people.
