Simple Chicken Burger Patty Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 lb chicken
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp masala curry
Instructions:
- Cut up 1 lb of chicken into slices
- Mince meat (we used the kitchen aid with the food grinder attachment)
- Also mince 3 garlic cloves into the minced chicken
- Into the minced chicken, add in 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp masala curry
- Mix everything in
- Once all the ingredients are mixed in, form into several circular shapes
- On your working area, put down a piece of wax paper, then form the circular minced meat into a patty shape
- Once that's all done, grill the chicken patties for a few minutes (5 to 10 min) on each side on 350 degrees heat
- Dress the chicken burger patty to your liking and enjoy!
fyi: 1 lb of chicken can make 3 chicken patties, we used 4 lbs of chicken to make a total of 12 chicken burger patties
