 Simple Chicken Burger Patty Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 lb chicken
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp masala curry


Instructions:

  • Cut up 1 lb of chicken into slices
  • Mince meat (we used the kitchen aid with the food grinder attachment)
  • Also mince 3 garlic cloves into the minced chicken
  • Into the minced chicken, add in 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp masala curry
  • Mix everything in
  • Once all the ingredients are mixed in, form into several circular shapes
  • On your working area, put down a piece of wax paper, then form the circular minced meat into a patty shape
  • Once that's all done, grill the chicken patties for a few minutes (5 to 10 min) on each side on 350 degrees heat
  • Dress the chicken burger patty to your liking and enjoy!

fyi: 1 lb of chicken can make 3 chicken patties, we used 4 lbs of chicken to make a total of 12 chicken burger patties
