Quick and Tasty Oreo Cake Pops for Any Occasion
Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 3 to 4 oz cream cheese
- cake pop sticks
- chocolate to melt and decorate (we used almond barks, vanilla and chocolate)
- sprinkles for decor
Instructions:
- Place 24 oreos into a food processor and pulsate to fine crumbs
- Add 3 to 4 oz of cream cheese into oreo crumbs and mix well until you get a fudge like consistency
- Scoop about 1 tbsp of the mixture into small, circular shapes
- Place in freezer for 15 minute to aid in holding it's shape
- In the meantime, melt chocolate in a bowl over a hot stove
- Once melted, dip oeo pop sticks into chocolate and then place oreo pop sticks into oreo balls
- Then place in freezer for 15 more minutes so the stick can stay in the oreo balls
- After that, dip oreo balls into chocolate and decorate with sprinkles to your liking
- Place in freezer for 10 minute and enjoy!
