Creamy Alfredo Pasta | Easy 30 min Dinner Recipe 


Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter (~8 tbsp)
  • 2 to 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste (we used 1/2 tsp)
  • black pepper to taste (we used 1/2 tsp)
  • dash of garlic powder (1/4 tsp) pasta of choice

Instructions: 

  • Cook your pasta of choice in salted water, rinse, and set aside.

  • Add 1 stick of butter on a medium heated pan 
  • Once the butter is nearly melted, add in 2 to 3 garlic cloves and stir
  • Add in 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and whisk away the yellowness/butter
  • Once it starts bubbling a little bit, add in 1 cup of parmesan cheese and stir, reduce your heat
  • Add in your seasonings: salt to taste, black pepper, and a dash of garlic powder
  • Cover the pot for about 2 minutes on low, then add in your cooked pasta, and enjoy!
