Easy 3 ingredients dessert pasta (pasta sukari)
Ingredients:
- 14 ounces of alphabet pasta
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup of sugar
Instructions:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil
- Add 14 oz of alphabet pasta to boiling water and cook per instructions
- Drain the pasta and set aside for now
- In the empty pot, add 1 tbsp of ghee, then add the drained alphabet pasta to the pot, and add 1 cup of sugar on top of the alphabet pasta, and stir
- Cook for just a few minutes, when the sugar is absorbed in the alphabet pasta, it is ready
- Enjoy!
