Ingredients for crispy potatoes:
- 3 potatoes
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- masala to taste
Ingredients for eggs:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- dash of milk
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- masala to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and peel off 3 potatoes
- Chop potatoes into small, bite sized pieces
- Season potatoes with salt, pepper, and masala to taste and mix it all in
- Heat up a few tbsp of oil into a pan and add in seasoned potatoes
- Stir occasionally (minimally for crispy potatoes)
- Cook for a few minutes on each side
- Now moving on to the eggs, crack the eggs in a bowl
- Season eggs with salt, pepper, and masala to taste
- Add a dash of milk and mix
- Heat up a tsp of butter to a pan, then add in your eggs and cook
- To scramble: with a rubber spatula, pull it across the bottom of the pan from all sides, once the eggs are set but still moist, remove from heat
- Plate eggs and potatoes and enjoy!
