 Cook Iftar With Me: Chicken Enchiladas (Quick & Easy Recipe) Ingredi ents: 2 chicken breasts  1 tsp salt  1 tsp black pepper  1 tsp garlic powder  1 tsp red chili powder  store bought enchilada sauce  1 tsp salt  1 tsp black pepper  1 tsp garlic powder  1 tsp red chili powder  corn flour tortillas (you can fry them in oil if you like before dipping in enchilada sauce)  cheese (any, we used cheddar cheese and monterey jack) Instructions: Fill pot with water Add two chicken breasts tot he water and bring to a boil To the pot, add in 1 tsp each of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, red chili powder Boil chicken for 20 minutes Remove chicken from pot once fully cooked and shred immediately 2 options for shredding: Use a fork or use a handheld mixer to shred chicken Add some store bought enchilada sauce into a sauce pan and bring to a simmer Then add in 1 tsp of each of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, red chili powder and give it a good mix Pour some of the enchiladas sauce on the b

 trying to make a pinterest minimalist cake (welp, we tried🤷🏾‍♀️) | Ramadan Edition Ingredients: (per cake box instructions) cake mix 1 cup water 1/2 cup oil 3 eggs Instructions: (bake per cake box instructions) In a bowl mix together, cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Then butter pan and place cake mixture into pan. Place in over for ~30 minutes. Let it cool completely. Cut the top hump off for a flat surface. Frost cake 1, then layer cake 2 on top and frost completely. Place in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and layer frosting as smoothly as possible. Place back in fridge for 20 minutes. Then remove from fridge and decorate as you like. Place in fridge once more to allow to frosting and decor to cool and harden.   How to Make Chicken Sambusa/Samosa | Step by Step for Beginners | Ramadan Food Ingredients for Sambusa Filling: 5 lbs of minced meat  2 maggie cubes  15 chili peppers  6 garlic cloves  1 tbsp xawaji  2 tbsp tandoori masala  1 tbsp black pepper  1 tsp of grounded (cayenne) red pepper  3 whole onions (finely chopped) Ingredients for Glue: 1 cup flour  1 cup water Instructions: Place  a pot on medium heat and add in 5 lbs of minced chicken Occasionally break down the minced meat pieces  Cook until browned on all sides and dry Add in 2 maggi cubes and mix well Wash and cut 15 chili peppers, 6 garlic cloves, and 2 onions into small pieces Then individually place them into a food processor to be finely chopped Once the meat is cooked all the way, add the finely chopped chili peppers and finely chopped garlic cloves into it and mix well Then add in 1 tbsp xawaji, 2 tbsp tandoori masala, 1 tbsp black pepper, and 1 tsp grounded (cayenne) red pepper and mix well Then add in the finely chopped

 How to Make Sambusa Khaki (Fooliyo Sambuska) Samosa Pastry Sheets Ingredients: 6 cups of flour  1 tbsp sugar  2 tbsp oil  3 cups water (add in one at a time) Instructions: Sift 6 cups of flour into a large bowl, then add 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp oil Then mix dry ingredients Then add a total of 3 cups of water, ONE BY ONE, and continue to mix until dough is formed Flour your working area Shape the dough into a long, rectangular shape then cut into a few small pieces Shape each piece of dough into a flat, circular shape Then with a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a flat circular shape Then add some oil on top and a little bit of flour on each dough piece and stack a total of 5 together and roll out again together evenly  Cut stack into 4 pieces On medium heat, place a stack onto a pan and fry for a few minutes on each side Allow to cool, and then separate the stack into singular pieces Then enjoy and start wrapping your sambusas with these homemade khaki/pastry sheets!  How to Make Xawaji / Xawaash (Somali Spice Mix) Ingredients: 1 cup cumin  1 tbsp of pickling spices  3 to 4 cinnamon sticks, roughly broken  1 tsp grounded cardamom  2 tbsp turmeric Instructions: Place a pan on medium heat and then add cumin, pickling spices, 3 to 4 cinnamon sticks and stir around Then add in grounded cardamom and turmeric and continue to stir (This process should be 5-10 minutes, be careful not to burn it) Once all the ingredients are well incorporated and hot, place into a grinder/food processor and finely ground That's it!
